We are excited to inform our guests that one of our recipes has been chosen and published by Cook's Illustrated in the JUST RELEASED, A Best Recipe Classic Series titled "Restaurant Favorites at Home".  Out of over 700 recipes submitted by top restaurants across the United States, 150 were chosen for this publication and one of them is ours'.  The recipe in question is our "Chocolate Volcano Cakes with Espresso Ice Bombes."  Extremely ecstatic to be included alongside such exulted peers.  THANK YOU!!  Cook's Illustrated.
