HERB AND VEGETABLE GARDEN

From the months of Spring to the late months of Autumn, father Chang tends to the vegetable and herb garden at Ixora. Exotic Asian gourds, squash, beans, leafy greens and aromatic herbs are planted, tended and coaxed to flourish in our garden situated behind the restaurant, many of which find their way onto the plates of Chef Timothy Chang's innovative gourmet Japanese-French Cuisine. Our guests are welcome to visit our organic garden during these months. Father Chang will be most gracious and eager to know his long hard efforts are recognized and appreciated.
